St Thomas Armoury - Defence Construction Canada/Department of National Defence

Scope of work included the removal and replacement of radiators and the boiler. New vinyl plank flooring was installed on all floors and woodwork was painted with historically correct finishes. New acoustic ceilings were also installed and the in-ground sanitary systems were replaced.
Outside, the parking lot was upgraded with heavy duty asphalt and new barrier curbs.
In the core of the building, a new concrete data vault was constructed. Two new emergency exits were built from the basement. On-site work was coordinated in security-restricted areas.
